NEUROPTIMA is an emerging leader in the development of safe and effective nutraceutical solutions for cognitive enhancement. After launching our first product, FLOWSTATE, in September 2023, we set out to deliver the most innovative and comprehensive supplement line to fulfill the needs of those looking to elevate their mind and health. In May 2024, we completed our core product line, offering solutions for acute and long-term cognitive enhancement, sleep aid, and daily vitamins. Setting NEUROPTIMA apart is the synergetic effects that can be experienced by taking multiple of our products together. Each product of ours is meticulously formulated to enhance or modulate, as well as complement, the effects of other products. As a part of our mission to be at the forefront of nutraceutical innovation, we're always reviewing the latest scientific findings relevant to our work, and continue to develop our products to create for the best user experiences.

Our Mission

At NEUROPTIMA, we have always been fascinated with the various means of influencing the nervous system. This, coupled with a passion for health and fitness, led us to become ever more critical of the supplement options on the market. We found a lack of companies making neuromodulating products that were up-to-date with current science literature, composed of the highest quality ingredients, and most importantly, properly dosed - so we started NEUROPTIMA. Our project aims to sit at the forefront of nutraceutical innovation by developing novel, cutting-edge solutions for cognitive enhancement.

Project Team

Bailey Klemmensen | Founder, CEO

Bailey completed his Honors B.S. in Neuroscience and Chemistry at the University of Iowa in May 2024 and looks forward to attending medical school next in his academic journey. At Iowa, Bailey spent three years as a research fellow at the Iowa Neuroscience Institute where he received training in molecular medicine and behavioral phenotyping. Additionally, Bailey sat on the University of Iowa’s Hospitals & Clinics College Student Leader Board where he directed volunteer efforts on the Neuroscience Inpatient Unit.

Previously as an entrepreneur, Bailey founded Balanced Esports before launching NEUROPTIMA in September 2023. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys fitness, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and playing video games.

Julian Zadow | Co-founder, COO

Julian is a soon-to-be graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, double-majoring in Business Information Systems and Economics. At school, Julian is involved in the non-profit 180 Degrees Consulting, works as a Teaching Assistant, and has spent time as an Economic Research Assistant.
In previous start-up experiences, Julian worked as the Director of Operations for Balanced Esports and the Director of Marketing for Toronto Serenity before joining NEUROPTIMA in December 2023. Separately from work, Julian is passionate about skiing, spending time outside, and being active.

Calvin Hoppe | Director Of Operations

Calvin graduated from Bethany Lutheran College in May 2024 with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology. Calvin attends the University of Jamestown for a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. Calvin joined the NEUROPTIMA team in January 2024.
When he’s not working, Calvin loves hockey and spending his free time working out and playing video games.
